If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You can Cancel your order on or before 10.00 pm a day before your scheduled delivery date.
For cancellation either whatsapp us on our helpline number +91-9990991181 or write us on care.near2nature@gmail.com along with your Order Id. Your refund will be processed in 1-3 working days.
Near2nature reserve the rights to modify or cancel your order in part or in full if our produce fails to meet our quality standards. Near2nature team will update you about the same in advance.

Returns

We accept your return request in case you find our product quality below standard. You are requested to lodge the complaint for the same within 2 hours of order delivery. We will process your refund request within 1-3 working days.
